The house was originally occupied by Dane Hammond on his return to Corinth. More than a year after Dane’s departure, the house was purchased by Jeremy Hunter, who intended to live there with his wife Ceara. Though Ceara died shortly after her arrival in Corinth, Jeremy continued to reside in the house until his own death in 1995. For a brief period in 1995, Casey Bowman resided there with Jeremy while recovering from his drug addiction

The sets to the Hunter residence consist of the living room/foyer, front porch, master bedroom, and later a studio for Jeremy.
